I need a support group….

Hi. My name’s Stormi, and I’m a Reel Short addict…LOL! Listen…listen…! Yes, I was able to quit cold turkey, because I had watched everything and they were making it impossible to move forward and watch for free. But then stupid TikTok got me sucked in again with I am Bloody Mary, because it was the first one about hunting and murder that they had done! And you know I had to watch that one…*evil laugh Then I was a goner.

1. Yes, there’s some remakes, but there’s also new storylines!

2. There’s new features which is nice like the free episodes that are basically watching a whole show without watching the ads!

3. There’s more yummy actors and actresses to enjoy that are legitimately good despite the cheesy scripts!

4. It’s actually been the mental escape that I needed so much that I’m in romance mode at the moment…who knew I could even switch anymore?!

5. It’s stuck me with a new project that I didn’t ask for, but apparently is the break the universe demands I take right now.

6. It shows the tropes (ie: age gap, contract lovers, Hidden Identity, etc)

I’m not gonna lie. I have DNF’d like 3, even though I got to less than 10 left. I just couldn’t stomach ANY more. But here’s some of my recent favs:

We didn’t start the fire….

So, apparently since the world is on fire and trying to burn to the ground, the universe decided that it needed to give me a Christmas Romcom that would be impossible for me to finish properly given my health issues. Oh, and the fact that I don’t WRITE ROMCOMS!!! But here we are…*sighing with an eye roll

It’s drowning out the other voices in my head, so I’m writing it down until it shuts up. Maybe we’ll do Christmas in July or something. All I know is that I don’t get a say, and I have to write something, so this is it. However…five of you play bridesmaids in this one, so that’s fun! And maybe if I get enough of it down so it will be satisfied, it will quiet down and I can go back to Sophie.

Personally…I blame Taylor and Travis. It’s hard not to be in the romcom mood after they announced their engagement! Because…EEEEKKK!!!! Yes Girl! She deserves nothing but happiness at this point, and you can’t help but get caught up in their love and happiness. It’s like watching your best friend finally get engaged! *jumping up and down with excitement

Kickstarter Update….

Some rewards have gone out. I’m still waiting for some people to finish the survey and submit their payment information so I can finish ordering everything and get it out to everyone. It’s far too expensive to order separately. Also, getting packages to Canada is proving to be very difficult thanks to some idiots, but that’s never stopped me. I’m still working on it.

Health Update….

No updates yet. Court went fine. The judge seemed really nice, and actually seemed to hear the words that I managed to get out. It takes 30-60 days to get the judge’s ruling, so I’m staying busy (aka distracted) until I hear back. So, I guess this romcom isn’t such a bad thing….
