It’s finally here!…

Nothing has changed colors here, just yet, but cooler temperatures have FINALLY arrived! I’m even going to Branson, MO with my parents for one last pre-birthday trip. Usually, the scenery is gorgeous with all the foliage because we’re catching it at just the right time, but we’ll see….It should be colorful due to the extra wetness earlier this summer. I plan on taking a ton of pictures either way, so stay tuned!

I am also super excited to simply get away for a bit. I was getting really bad for a bit, and unable to really leave the house. However, I’m getting a little better being off the Topamax. The pharmacy was unable to fill it for about a week, and I noticed during that time that my convulsions were becoming less. I was also starting to feel more human off it. I haven’t taken it since.

I will still have convulsions, but they’re not nearly as frequent while being on it. That’s a win I will take! Now, for the pollen to be knocked out of the air so my eyes aren’t dry and itchy 24/7 and I might be getting somewhere! LOL! Yes, I’m obsessed with fall despite it still trying to kill me. We will forever have a love/hate relationship, but I just don’t care! I am ready for sweater/jacket weather and pumpkin goodies! What season is your favorite?…

Deck the halls….

Or something much sweeter…Yeah, so the universe decided that I needed to write a Christmas Romcom. I tried to pass it off on some of my romance author friends, but they said I had to do it myself. And since I can’t get it to stop screaming at me, this is the current project.

I blame Taylor and Travis, ReelShorts, and having What the World Needs Now is Love stuck in my head. Unfortunately, I can’t get it finished in time for the season, but we can do Christmas in July. So, keep your eyes open, I guess! I’m actually having some fun writing it, so I guess I needed the break after all. And I’m smart enough not to argue with the universe.

Don’t fret…Sophie and her friends are still waiting patiently for when I’m finished. AND if I finish this, that will be less voices in my head, so hang in there with me!

Health Update….

1. Being off the Topamax is definitely cutting down on my convulsions. (#win)

2. Still no word on my case. The government shut down just to avoid releasing the Epstein Files isn’t helping, but I’m still hopeful that people will keep protesting safely, and someone will stop the madness sooner than later. I have also been taking care of my mental health. I hope you’re doing the same! And I haven’t burried any bodies in awhile, although som people in this house are defnitely trying my patience. Which is really important since the ground will be hardening soon…*evil grin (#win)

3. Still have to take care of myself, have grace, and take it easy. However, I am managing to still get some writing done! (#win)
